Spiritual Healing with Structure
- What is Ruqyah-informed coaching?
This is a structured coaching program that blends elements of spiritual healing (Ruqyah) with emotional and mindset work. It’s not Ruqyah treatment sessions, but a coaching process to help you understand, manage, and overcome blocks to healing (shifa), including those that may stem from spiritual, emotional, or behavioural causes.
- What programs do you offer?
You can choose from:
- 4-week program – For targeted support and specific issues.
- 6-week program – For deeper emotional and spiritual patterns.
- 8-week program – For more complex or long-standing issues requiring greater commitment.
You’ll decide what works best for your situation. There is no one-size-fits-all, and you’re encouraged to choose based on your readiness to commit.
- How does the coaching work?
- Each session includes guided coaching, reflective discussion, and goal-setting.
- After each session, you’ll receive a specific activity or task to complete before the next session.
- These tasks are essential and may include journaling, spiritual practices, reflection exercises, or lifestyle shifts. This is how real change happens.
- Do I need to do Ruqyah during this coaching?
Yes. You’re expected to continue your personal Ruqyah practice alongside coaching. If you’re unsure how to do this, guidance will be provided. Ignoring the spiritual element can block healing, so both parts must work together.
- What if I don’t complete the activities?
This coaching is about accountability and action. If activities are repeatedly skipped, it limits your progress and may lead to the program being paused or discontinued until you’re ready to fully engage.
- How do I book?
Start with an online consultation so we can assess where you are and what kind of support is most appropriate.
Once you’ve chosen your program (4, 6, or 8 weeks), you’ll receive:
- A booking/payment link.
- A pre-session reflection activity to complete before your first session.
- Your session schedule.
- Do you offer fitness classes or meal plans?
No. I offer advice on avoiding harmful chemicals in food and environment, and how disobedience to Allah can block healing. It’s about returning to purity in all areas — spiritual, emotional, and physical — for shifa to take effect.
- Who is this coaching for?
Those who are serious about healing, tired of shortcuts, and ready to balance Ruqyah, lifestyle change, and personal responsibility.

Unblocking the Heart After Spiritual Harm
Spiritual afflictions like sihr, jinn interference, or waswas don’t just affect your body—they damage your emotions, thoughts, and ability to connect with others. Emotional Healing is about helping you process the grief, betrayal, fear, and confusion that often come with long-term spiritual oppression.
Whether you’ve experienced abandonment, abuse, or emotional manipulation—this work helps you reclaim clarity, confidence, and your sense of self without disconnecting from your spiritual roots.
Why It Matters
You can do all the Ruqyah in the world, but if you don’t address the emotional layers—
- You’ll keep relapsing into sadness, anger, or fear
- You’ll find it hard to trust people or recognise safe relationships
- You’ll stay trapped in survival mode, even when the sihr or jinn are gone
- You’ll misread your own thoughts and decisions, unsure what’s from you and what’s from the affliction
Spiritual and emotional recovery must go hand in hand.
Common Issues Addressed
- Emotional numbness or frequent crying
- Overwhelm, dissociation, or shutdown
- Rage, bitterness, or internalised guilt
- Fear of abandonment, especially from loved ones
- Feeling disconnected from Allah, identity, or purpose
- Lingering shame after sihr-based relationships or manipulation
What You’ll Learn
- How to name and regulate your emotions instead of suppressing them
- How to separate jinn-influenced thoughts from your true feelings
- How to recognise trauma responses like people-pleasing, avoidance, or hyper-independence
- How to build safe habits, boundaries, and inner grounding after chaos
- How to reconnect to Allah without fear, guilt, or emotional distortion
How This Works With Ruqyah
This is not emotional venting.
We work through a structured, spiritually informed framework alongside your Ruqyah so you:
- Understand what your reactions mean
- Track your emotional shifts during spiritual release
- Rebuild your sense of trust and safety in your own mind and body
Support Options
- 1:1 Emotional Healing Coaching (includes reflection work + spiritual context)
- Structured Healing Packages: For those affected by sihr tafreeq, toxic family ties, or long-term spiritual burnout
- Post-Ruqyah Reset: To support recovery once jinn or sihr have been removed
